All orders are delivered free of charge (excluding delivery charges for products where such charges are specifically stated).
We can only deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses.
All orders will be delivered to a single address.
Delivery lead times are shown adjacent to individual products and indicate the estimated number of working days until delivery.
For orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4:00pm. The number of working days starts the following day.
For orders placed on Friday before 4:00pm. The number of working days starts the following day *.
For weekend orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday. The number of working days starts on the following Monday *.
Orders placed on a bank holiday shall be deemed placed the following working day.
If the proposed delivery day is a statutory bank holiday, delivery shall be made the following working day.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person aged 18 or over.
If no one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for the return and re-delivery. Should no one be available to take the re-delivery, we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any additional charge for the return and re-delivery.
Changed Your Mind
If you change your mind about the product, you can notify us within 14 days and return it to us. The return may be subject to a re-stocking charge. For further information on re-stocking charges please refer to the Terms and Conditions section. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item. You are expected to cover the cost of returning the item and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given if the item has been fitted, damaged or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale.
We will repair, replace or refund the cost of the goods and the delivery charge for all faulty goods notified to us within 12 months of delivery. Please see note below regarding manufacturer warranties.
Upon receiving your request we will arrange shipment of the item with you. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then no refund will be offered and you will be charged the actual cost of the original delivery, collection and the subsequent item return.

Some manufacturers arrange for engineers to fix problem parts on site. In such cases, we will provide you with the telephone number of the manufacturer's after sales team to make the necessary arrangements directly with them. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service they provide then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems for you.
